Our Mission

To build knowledge, relationships, and business for our members throughout the great state of Wyoming.Wyoming District Map

Our Story

The organization was originally formed on 12/24/1981 as the Farm Land Institute-Wyoming Chapter No. 47, Inc.

The Chapter consisted of 75+ members throughout Wyoming.

Wyoming was a vibrant Chapter: holding meetings, offering classes, and continually growing.  Many of these Chapter events took place in Jackson, and were a mix of business and pleasure.

J.R. Larsen, ALC, served as president of the National REALTORS® Land Institute in 1999.

As the years passed and membership dwindled, so did the activities.

The Chapter continued to operate on a much smaller scale under the leadership of several of the members involved since the beginning.

In 2014, the Wyoming Chapter #47 vowed to renew their efforts to again become a strong and vibrant Chapter and has been successful in doing so over the last several years.

The REALTORS® Land Institute is dedicated to building knowledge, building relationships, and building business or its members — the extraordinary real estate professionals who broker, lease, sell, develop, and manage our most precious resource: the land.
